It’s a simple, no-cost way for Charlotte-area Realtors to gift their clients $500 toward new flooring with HomeDirect Flooring. Each card helps your clients make their new house feel like home — and positions you as the thoughtful agent who made it happen.

That’s right — there’s no cost, no subscription, and no catch.
We created this program to build long-term partnerships with Realtors and deliver incredible experiences for your clients. The gift cards act as a built-in marketing expense on our side.

We decided instead of spending our marketing budget on expensive commercials or ad campaigns, we would much rather build relationships with realtors in our community and give them these gift cards to use. 

4. How does it work?

  • A) You sign up — it takes less than a minute.

  • B) You order a gift card for your client by providing us your client’s info (name, address, phone & email).

  • C) We email your client their $500 HomeDirect Gift Card and notify you when it’s delivered.

  • D) Your client redeems it toward any flooring project — and you’re automatically spotlighted on our social media as their Realtor.

    We send the gift card to your client as a gift from you (including any message you want to add to it. 

    Every time one of your clients redeems a card, we’ll:

    • Feature you in a “Realtor Spotlight” post across our social platforms,

    • Mention you in our thank-you email to the homeowner, and

    • Keep you top-of-mind with that client for future referrals.

    Yes! You can gift a $500 card to as many clients as you’d like — there’s no limit for you. There is a limit of 1 gift card per address for redemption. 


    7. What if my client doesn’t use the gift card?

    No problem. There’s no penalty if they do not use it. You still earn the brand goodwill — and we’ll remind the homeowner periodically about their flooring credit. The gift cards have an expiration date of 1 year from date of issue.

    What types of projects qualify?

    All HomeDirect Flooring products and installation services qualify, including hardwood, LVP, carpet, and laminate. HomeDirect flooring does not install material purchased elsewhere or repair floors not purchased through HomeDirect Flooring.
